Ebi Katsu / Japanese Shrimp Cutlet(海老カツ)

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Vignalta Colli Euganei Pinot Bianco from Italy.
(注)イタリアのピノ・ビアンコ種のフルーティな辛口白ワイン。


Japanese Shrimp Cutlet with tomato cream and tartar sauce.
I was enjoying two types of sauce... yummy !!


It goes well with a fruity white wine... yummy !!
