Pork and Goya Roll-Ups (ゴーヤの肉巻き)

 My homemade dish called "Pork and Goya Roll-Ups"




Recipe : 3 servings

1/2 goya thinly sliced lengthwise
100 grams pork belly or loin thin sliced
pinch pepper
pinch salt

Directions:
1. Salt and pepper one side of pork slices
2. Place a batch of goya on the pork and roll-up over the fillings to enclose tightly
3. Heat 50cc water in a large frying pan. Add the roll-ups and fry on until all simmered off
4. Fry on all sides until lightly brown

The sauce:
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sake
1 tbs sweet sake
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs ground ginger

 (注)tbs.=table spoon (大さじ) tsp.=tea spoon (小さじ)

【御参考】
ソースは無しでも、BBQソースでも、ケチャップでも、ポン酢醤油でも合います
