Wrapped salt pork and cavolo nero in pate brick (塩豚と黒キャベツのパートブリック包み焼)

 I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Terra Tangra Naturel Mavrud from Bulgaria and Chateau Loupiac Gaudiet from France.

Wrapped salt pork and cavolo nero in pate brick... yummy!


A tannic and spicy wine goes well with salt pork... yummy !!
