Grilled yellowtail（鰤のグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Grecanico Terre Siciliane from Sicily Italy.
（注）グレカニコ・・・イタリアシチリア産の白ブドウの品種で、ほどよい酸味と地中海のミネラルを感じさせるすっきりした味わいの白ワインになる。

Grilled yellowtail in seafood soup... goes with grecanico wine with acidic and elegant taste... yummy!!!!!

鰤（ぶり）もこんな風にグリルされて仕上がっちゃうと堪らないですね・・・出汁の出た魚介スープで食べる鰤って柔らかくって超美味・・・和風とはひと味違った良さがありますね・・・美味い！！
