Pork cheek fricassee（豚ほほ肉のフリカッセ）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Les Jamelles Syrah from France.

Pork cheek fricassee... goes with rich syrah wine... yummy!!!!!

(note) Fricassee is a French stew with a white sauce...
フリカッセとはフランス料理で肉のクリームソース煮込みのことで、玉ねぎ、ニンジンなどの野菜のほかリンゴや白ワインで味を調えているそうです・・・美味い！！ソースをパンにつけて全部さらえちゃいましたよ！！
