We, Yokohama Ham Group (JH1YNY, ex-NEC Yokohama Amateur Radio Club) were on the air in All Asian DX Contest Phone 2015 on Sep. 5 and 6.
We ended up with poor 36 QSOs.
We were running about 50W into a homebrew G5RV for 40m and a tri-bander for 20m and15m. They worked well, but propagation was poor and we had heavy noise all day and so we made merry in a drinking party at a hilltop radio shack instead.
Entry category: SOABLP ( Single operator All Bands Low Power )
The operation was deadly dull... single operator enough for QSOs, other 3 operators were unemployed hahaha... what's more, the food was tasty !
Grapes of a Niagara kind and Bordeaux wine from an unemployed operator...
A late lunch on the first day of the contest... vegetables picked in our vegetable farm.
A rich banquet?... Mongolian mutton barbecue ( a Japanese dish called Genghis Khan )
Though we got a low score, we had a fun time in the contest
