Grilled pork spareribs（豚スペアリブのグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad and Sangiovese Toscana 2014 from Tuscany, Italy.

（注）サンジョベーゼ・トスカーナは、イタリア・トスカーナ地方産の濃いルビー色をした赤ワインです。フルーティでスパイシーな香りと強い酸味があり、肉料理、魚料理やパスタに合うとされている。

Grilled pork spareribs marinated in balsamic vinegar... it is a rich and slow-cooked dish... the meat is very tender and very yummy!!
And it goes with rich red wine... yummy!!

豚スペアリブのグリル・・・このスペアリブは、バルサミコ漬けにして圧力鍋で煮込んであるらしく肉は柔らかく超美味・・・口の中に入れただけでボロボロ崩れる柔らかさ。これにトスカーナのサンジョベーゼがまたよく合います！！
