Pacific cod Meuniere（真鱈のムニエル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Terrasses de Guilhem Sauvignon Blanc from France.

Pacific cod Meuniere and winter melon in cream sauce... goes with a fresh white wine with a fruity taste... yummy!!!!!

真鱈のムニエルと冬瓜にクリームソース・・・ちょっと分かりにくいけどアクセントに柚子が掛かっていてとってもフルーティー・・・さらに、フルーティーで爽やかな白ワインがまたよく合いますね！
