Spaghetti with mozzarella and eggplant in tomato sauce

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad... and Terrasses de Guilhem Merlot from France.

Spaghetti with mozzarella and eggplant in tomato sauce... goes with a nice round red wine with a fruity mild taste... yummy!!!!!

もちもちの時短パスタ、トマトソースののりもよく、フォークにもうまく絡んであっという間の完食でした・・・それに、トマトソースには果実味（酸味）があってまろやかな赤ワインがよく合います！
(note) 時短パスタは英語で"One Pan Pasta"というようです。フライパン一つで作れるということからきているようです。
