Fried Salmon Roll

I had lunch at an American style sushi restaurant near Odakyu-Sagamihara station in Sagamihara  today. It is located along Kanagawa Prefecture Route 51.
この店、日本の寿司屋の面影はなく、完璧なまでにアメリカ西海岸風・・・店名の５１は県道５１号線から来ているんだけれど米国のインターステート・ハイウェーの看板を模した店のマークが何ともこりこりに凝っていて私ゃ大好きです！

Seasonal American Sushi Roll...
Fried salmon Roll... made with fried salmon, cream cheese, green salad, cucumber wrapped with soy paper and wasabi creamy sauce ... yuuuummyyyy!!
鮭フライロール・・・
醬油ではなく、最初から特製のわさびクリームソースが付いていて、これが相性抜群でメチャクチャ美味いです・・・・寿司を食っているとは思えなく、とっても洋風！！　これ、生の魚が苦手な外人さんにもぴったし・・・美味い！！
寿司ロールに赤玉パンチ（赤ワインのサワー）って相性いいんですね！！

I will be there again in the near future...
