Grilled sardine （鰯のグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
Salad and Sol Negru Chardonnay 2015 from Moldova.

Grilled sardine with sugo alla puttanesca.

The sauce called sugo alla puttanesca is made with tomatoes, anchovies, garlic, chili peppers and etc. Originally, the sauce is served with spaghetti, although it also goes well with seafood.

（注）プッタネスカはイタリア語で娼婦風を意味し、プッタネスカソースとはトマトソースにアンチョビ、ニンニク、唐辛子等を入れた刺激的な味わいのソースのこと。
Sol Negru makes a good feeling by the superb matching of sugo alla puttanesca and salty sardine in a good balance... yummy!!
刺激的なソースと鰯（イワシ）の塩味が絶妙のバランス、、それらの間を取り持つソルネグル。
