Grilled yellowtail（鰤のグリル）

I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.
"きすきのさくら" (Cherry blossoms of Kisuki-town) from Oku-izumo, Shimane, Japan and Kurambon Koshu from Yamanashi, Japan.
（注）奥出雲の生き生きとした酸味の花見をイメージしたロゼワインと山梨勝沼の「くらむぼん」のフルーティで爽やかな甲州種の辛口白ワイン。

Grilled yellowtail with mustard sauce of tomato and shallot... yummy!!!!!
トマトとエシャロットが鰤の味を引き立てていて美味い！！
これに爽やかな白ワインで食欲倍増だしロゼワインで花見気分！！
