1 tbs. sesame oil・・・揚げ用
1 tsp. sesame oil・・・最後の回し入れ用
60 grams cake flour・・・薄力粉
30 grams potato starch・・・片栗粉
1 egg
1 tsp. soy sauce
pinch salt
150 ml water
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
